Over the past 25 years of my professional career, as a consultant and as a co-owner and head of experience design for my own agency, I have helped Fortune 1000 businesses across nearly every industry launch products, create brands, and connect with their customers in more powerful ways.
I am a trusted strategic advisor at the C-suite level, an expert facilitator and speaker, and I assemble and manage teams of talented strategists, designers, researchers, writers and developers to prototype and bring new experiences to life.
