In recent years I have more frequently served as a formal advisor or board member to organizations seeking customer experience, brand strategy, digital marketing, or product strategy expertise and advice at various stages of corporate maturity

Digital Product Vision

I help executive and managerial teams come together to define the direction, vision, and requirements for new digital products and experiences, or overhauls to existing products. I help teams synthesize customer insights, market intelligence, and business strategy to establish and define a minimum viable product and the roadmap to launch in collaboration with technology and operations partners.

Experience Research & Digital Product Design

I assemble and lead teams to research, strategize, prototype, and design products and customer experiences. I help my clients understand the customer, use key insights to make breakthroughs in the customer experience, and design valuable, useful, and highly usable products and experiences across many channels of interaction. This area of services includes activities such as customer experience audits, moment mapping, UX design, product design and strategy, qualitative research, as well as the mechanics of assembling and running agile teams.

Brand Experience Strategy

As a design practitioner first, I bring a pragmatism to brand strategy that results in a far more actionable framework for bringing a brand to life than the traditional outputs of brand strategy. It hinges upon the belief that the experience is the brand, and therefore the design of brand requires the design of experience. This is a highly effective and impactful methodology I developed and have honed over the course of my career.

Facilitation & Public Speaking

Sometimes all you need is a workshop. Or a brainstorming session. Or someone to stand up in front of an important group of people and tell stories that inspire new ideas. I do all of these things and more.
